TransportApp is online software. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Free trial: access starts immediately after you sign up at app.transportapp.in.
• Paid plans: your subscription is activated as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. You use the Service in your browser at app.transportapp.in.
• If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@transportapp.in or call +91 89717 40094 and we will sort it out.
• Razorpay emails a receipt for every payment to the email address used at checkout.
